WE NOW HAVE A LOCATION DIRECTLY ON THE BEACH! Using our online rental booking platform requires you to pick up your golf cart at our home location at 920 E 3rd Ave. But keep your eyes out for Beth on the Beach - offering you golf cart rentals directly from the sand.

*We cannot guarantee the color, brand, or exact golf cart that will be rented to you. We can only guarantee the capacity that you book. We rent Yamaha, EZGO, and Club Car gas vehicles that are no more than 3 years old. Some are lifted higher than others. some are bright green, some are black. All have roofs. While we can occassionally allow you to pick a golf cart, our busiest rental months are February through November, which we have week long rentals running back to back and it is too difficult to move customers after a vehicle has already been assigned to them. Additionally, vehicles go down for maintenance, service, rare accidents, and other reasons that may require us to switch your vehicle. Again, we can never guarantee the vehicle you will be renting, only that we promise the capacity that you book for!*

Due to rising fuel costs, there is a $20 fuel surcharge for all rentals more than OVERNIGHT as of May 1, 2022. We will re-evaluate this fuel surcharge if and when prices decline*

All Reservations begin at 9 AM. Coming into town late? You can pick up the cart the night before at 5:00 PM for a $75 overnight fee.

Golf carts are not allowed on A1A at all, this is only crossing, so if you are staying south of 4849 S Atlantic Ave where Saxon Dr ends, DO NOT MAKE A RESERVATION as you will not be refunded for reservations held for you due to not checking the address. You will need to park the vehicle in our parking lot each night to drive your car back to your location and pick it up each morning for use in legal areas.

Rental FAQs:

1) Are your golf carts gas or electric?

All of our rentals are gas golf carts. Each rental comes with 1 full tank of gas which will last 200+ miles ($20 GAS FEE FOR 2 OR MORE DAYS) , if you use more (weekly rentals), it is your responsibiity to put regular unleaded fuel in the tank. You do not need to fill the tank before you return - just make sure there is enough gas to get home. 

2) Can I take the rental to dinner?

Our golf carts are street legal and are to follow the same traffic laws as a car! You can ride on any roads 35 MPH and less. If you intend to use your rental for the beach only, please ensure that the beach ramp is open. The ramp closes periodically throughout the day for tides, emergencies, and capacity. We do not refund if the beach ramp is closed and do not have the ability to monitor the ramps, so check before you book!

3) Do you take reservations?

Yes! We accept reservations and walk ins. Walk ins are first come first served with what is available. We take reservations for rentals that have a minimum of 5 hours. We strongly encourage reservations, especially during the summer and around holidays. But since we will be telling everyone that inquires about a reservation between the time you book and the time you pick up that it is reserved, we do not offer any refunds at all for reservations and we do require pre-payment in full with a minimum reservation of 1 full day- so check your dates twice! All rentals less than a full day are first come first served! Minimum reservation requirements vary on holiday weekends. Please call to inquire. Our booking software has been intelligently designed to abide by our cancellation policy - our employees cannot override this cancellation policy after you are outside your cancellation window, so please review this section carefully
Customers will receive a full refund if they cancel within 24 hours of making the reservation (see below if your rental begins within 7 days of booking).
We give NO REFUNDS if the reservation is within 7 days of booking. There are absolutely NO refunds for cancellations within 7 days of rental start even if within the 24-hour window. Customers will also receive a full refund or credit in case of operator cancellation due to weather (hurricane/state shut down, ONLY) or other unforeseen circumstances. We do not refund for rain or cold weather. No-shows will be charged the full price. We are very strict about this cancellation policy to ensure everyone has a fair chance to reserve a rental.
To reiterate, to receive a FULL REFUND, you must cancel within 24 hours of making your reservation - but if your rental begins within 7 days, we offer NO REFUND regardless of whether or not you are in the 24 hour window.
Please review your confirmation email to be sure your reservation date for pick up is correct. While we would do our best to accommodate you - if you make a reservation for the wrong date, we often book out fully a week in advance and may not be able to accommodate your error - we do not refund if you book the incorrect date!

4) Do you deliver rentals?

Yes! For a fee, we deliver for golf cart that are renting long term (3 or more days) and ONLY WITHIN BEACHSIDE NEW SMYRNA. The renter on the contract must be present to accept delivery, and sign contracts. Rentals requiring delivery MUST be booked online using the Rent Now button. The renter on the contract also must have their credit card and driver's license present for copies to be taken.

5) Can my children ride in the golf cart?

The driver must be a licensed driver at least 25 years of age, covered by the renter's liability insurance, and must be listed as an authorized driver on the contract with a copy of their license and their signature on the contract. Additionally, by Florida law, if your child is in a car seat or booster seat in the car, they must also be in their carseat or booster seat in the golf cart. For liability reasons, we cannot install the seat in the golf cart for you.

6) What are the rentals requirements?

-Age 25 and up for golf cart rentals; Age 18 and up for bicycle rentals
-You must have a valid driver's license for golf carts and a picture ID for bicycles.
-You must have a major credit card (NOT DEBIT) with the same name as the renter - must match the driver's license.
-You must have valid car insurance to rent. Please have your insurance policy on hand (paper or on your phone is okay).
-All reservations begin at 9 AM - we do not start any reservations in the middle or end of the day. Your reservation begins at 9 AM even if you have not shown up. -If you want to rent a golf cart or bicycle in the middle of the day, you must come as a walk in.
-Golf carts are not permitted on A1A for any reason or over either bridge. A1A can be used as a crossing only. If you are found to be traveling down A1A the police will impound the vehicle, issue you a $166 citation - you will be responsible for all towing fees, and you will not be refunded for your rental. Please take this law very, very seriously. If you have any questions at all, don't hesitate to ask.

*Breaking any law or violating any terms of our rental contract are grounds for immediate rental termination. You will NOT BE REFUNDED under any circumstance for violating the terms of your contract and/or breaking the law in this vehicle. We take the safety of our community very seriously.

7) Service Charge or TIPs

-All service charges on rentals or tips are 100% given to our employees. We are proud of how hard our employees work and how dedicated they are to this business. In addition to their competitive hourly wage and benefits, they are given 100% of the service charge on any rental.
